Your “individualized services” includes three (3) phases; each of them unique building blocks to your ultimate goal.

Phase 1
Relationship Preparedness (RP)
Included – 120 Days from Initial Intake Date
- 1 Bio-Psycho-Social Assessment and Relationship History Session (90-min)
- 1 Treatment Planning Session (60-min) with Progress Review
- 7 Individual Counselling Therapy Sessions (60-min)
- 3 Individual or Group Psycho-Educational Sessions (75-min)
Note: All sessions are scheduled during our office hours.
Total: $1,920.00 + GST
Additional:
- Extend Time in Phase 1 – additional fees same as Phase 1 with revised treatment plan.
Phase 2
Dating Connections (DC)
Included – 120 Days from Completion of Phase 1
- 8 Individual Counselling Therapy Sessions (60-min)
- 3 Supportive Relationship Focused Sessions (60-min)
- 3 Psycho-Educational Sessions (60-min)
- 1 Progress Review. Red & Yellow Flags, Smoking Guns
Note: All sessions are scheduled during our office hours.
Total: $2,560.00 + GST
Additional:
- Extending Time in Phase 2 – additional fees, same as Phase 2
- Couples’ Session as required – additional fees, same as Phase 3
Phase 3
Couples’ Relationship Work (CRW)
Included – 120 Days from Completion of Phase 2
- 1 Couple’s Treatment Plan Update (75-min)
- 8 Couple’s Counselling Therapy Sessions (75 mins)
- 4 Group Psycho-Educational Sessions (75-min)
- 1 Couple’s Counselling Therapy Assessments / Reviews (75-min)
Note: All sessions are scheduled during our office hours.
Total: $3,640.00 + GST (per Couple)
Additional:
- Optional Extras– Individual Counselling Sessions, fees same as Phase 1
- Optional Extras – Individuals in Phase 3 may join Phase 1or Phase 2 Psycho-educational groups fees same as Phase 1 and Phase 2.
- Those completing Phase 3 can move into a customized Phase 4 for further ongoing support. Fees TBD on an individualized couples’ treatment plan.
*Note:
Each Phase is prepaid in full for the package of services. Any missed sessions are not refundable. You may elect to terminate prematurely however fees paid will not be reimbursed without documented cause. See TMF policies.
